Prom Nights – Brief Outline of Conditions of Hire

 

►The Hirer  is responsible for all deposits and balances being paid by the agreed time. Deposits are non refundable.

►The journey will start at the agreed collection address only. We may collect from a second address if the address does not deviate in any way from the most direct route to the Prom venue. The second collection point is at the discretion of the Company and must be agreed in advance.

►The Hirer  making this booking is responsible for ensuring that all other passengers and their parents/guardians/responsible adults are made fully aware of all conditions of hire prior to the event.  The Company will not be held responsible for other parties involved in the hire not being made fully aware of all these conditions.

►Should you find it necessary to subsequently cancel or alter your booking we reserve the right to make an additional charge of the total hire charge full details contained in our Full Terms & Conditions as detailed on our website. (Copy available on request).

►We reserve the right to substitute another vehicle in the event of non availability due to an accident.

►Whilst every precaution is taken against mechanical failure we cannot be held responsible in the event of a breakdown.

►We cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen traffic or weather conditions.

►The Hirer  is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by any of their passengers.

►Seatbelts are to be worn by all passengers at all times. Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle at any time.

►Any disorderly conduct or any other violations / breech of this contract by the Hirer  or any of their passengers will terminate this contract with no compensation made to the Hirer.

►We will not be responsible for any items of property damaged, lost or left in the vehicle during or after hire.

►All under 18s are not permitted to consume alcohol, and it is he responsibility of the hirer to ensure no alcohol is taken onboard the Fire Engine.

►By signing below you are accepting our Full Terms & Conditions as detailed on our Website. (Copy available on request)

Please note that all outstanding balances must be paid 14 days prior to hire.  “Credit Card Payment is also available on our Web Site”. But note that and administration fee will be added .
