ü By subsequently cancelling or altering your booking we reserve the right to make a charge please see our Full Terms & Conditions of hire for details.
ü We reserve the right to
substitute another vehicle in the event of non availability due to an accident.
ü
Whilst every precaution is taken against mechanical failure we are
cannot be held responsible in the event of a breakdown.
ü
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen traffic or
weather conditions.
ü
For children’s parties or other events, one adult must accompany the
children during the period of hire.
ü
The hirer is responsible for any damage or fouling to the engine by any
of their passengers if the individual in not willing to make recompense.
ü
Seatbelts are to be worn by
all passengers at all times and Smoking
is not permitted inside the vehicle at any time.
ü
Any disorderly conduct or any other violations / breech of this contract
by the hirer or any of their passengers will terminate this contract with no
compensation made to the hirer.

We will not be held responsible for any item of property damaged,
lost or left in
the vehicle during or after hire.
